Madhuja Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Madhuja started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Louisville, where they helped students with lecture and study materials, graded assignments, and conducted lab sessions. Madhuja also conducted research on the cAMP-Protein kinase A pathway in filamentous fungus Ustilago maydis, involving fungal and bacterial cell culture, cloning, and PCR.

Following their time at the University of Louisville, Madhuja worked as a Sales Associate at Pottery Barn. Here, they demonstrated exceptional communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and multitasking abilities while interacting with customers and managing inventory.

Madhuja then joined the University of British Columbia as a Research Assistant/Technician. Madhuja'sprimary focus was on assessing cellular physiology and viability of hepatic carcinoma and lung fibroblast cells, using various techniques such as calcium cross-linked alginate beads, microfluidic chips, and electrospun alginate fibers. Madhuja also utilized imaging tools like ELISA, plate readers, live cell imaging, and fluorescent, confocal, and electron microscopy.

Subsequently, Madhuja worked at McMaster University as a PHD Graduate Student. Madhuja'sresearch involved investigating the involvement of MRTF-A in the TGFβ signaling pathway in ocular systems. Madhuja gained experience in molecular biological techniques, gene and protein expression tools, as well as imaging and image-processing tools.

Madhuja then joined Therapure Biopharma Inc as a Laboratory operations coordinator, where they assisted in coordinating laboratory operations. Later, they became the Laboratory Manager, responsible for managing the laboratory and overseeing quality control.

Currently, Madhuja is working at Evolve Biologics as a Laboratory Manager and Quality Lead. Madhuja is responsible for managing the laboratory operations and ensuring the quality of products.
