Vipan Maini

Vipan Maini is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting, leadership, and advisory roles. Since November 2020, Vipan has been a Coach, Advisor, and Mentor at XtraClarity, focusing on employee engagement and wellbeing through a resilience-driven approach. Currently, Vipan also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Evolve Housing + Support. Previous positions include Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from March 2008 to January 2021, Managing Director at Singways Furnishings from January 2004 to March 2008, and Director at Atmaana Consulting from January 2001 to January 2004. Vipan began a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, where responsibilities included leading projects in risk management and e-business from October 1990 to July 2000. Vipan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Manchester and further education from Warwick Business School.
