Dan Conway

Dan Conway is a seasoned professional in growth, strategy, and sustainability, currently serving as the Senior Manager at Evolve Housing since September 2025. Prior to this role, Dan was the Head of Community Outcomes & Impact at Link Wentworth from March 2022 to September 2025. Dan's extensive experience at SGCH included various leadership positions, such as Head of Northern Region and Program Manager for Operations, spanning nearly a decade. Dan began a career in retail as an Assistant Manager at Woodies DIY from March 2007 to December 2011. Dan holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Innovation and Leadership from Ducere Global Business School and Torrens University Australia, and has additional academic background from the University of Sydney and Technological University Dublin.
