Clay Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of eVolve MEP. Clay comes to eVolve with over 25 years of leadership and executive management experience primarily focused on construction and technology. His background includes start-up ventures to multi-billion dollar organizations. Clay is passionate about the industry disrupting power that results from the combination of accurately deployed innovation and fully aligned teams. His passion comes from the leadership lessons he’s learned as an executive, entrepreneur, helicopter pilot, cadet, and officer in the 101st Airborne Division. Clay is a graduate of West Point and proud Army football letterman.
