Maria Jump has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Maria began their career at Blockbuster as a District Manager, responsible for managing multiple retail locations and overseeing store managers. Maria then joined Regis University as an Assistant Director of Student Services, leading a team of customer service representatives and providing coaching for performance improvement. Maria later joined Colorado State University-Global Campus, where they served as the Assistant Vice President of Student Services, overseeing multiple student-facing departments and implementing improvement procedures. Maria also held roles as the Director and Assistant Director of Student Advising. Maria then transitioned to Denver Public Schools as a Senior Manager of Extended Learning before moving to Evolve, where they currently hold the position of Director, Owner Success.

Maria Jump completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from the Metropolitan State University of Denver in 1999. Maria later pursued a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Colorado Denver, which they completed in 2002.
