Wendy Nicholls

Wendy Nicholls has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Wendy is currently the Managing Director at EVONA, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Operations Director at EVONA from July 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining EVONA, Wendy worked at Hartley Pensions Limited as the Operations Director & Group Head of People Success from November 2018 to July 2022. Wendy also held the role of Operations Manager at Paratus People from December 2017 to November 2018.

Additionally, Wendy has worked at Jisc as an Interim HR Operations Manager from May 2017 to December 2017, and at G2V Recruitment Group as the Group Operations Manager from February 2016 to May 2017. Wendy also held various managerial positions at G2V Recruitment Group including Head of Special Projects and Business Coordination from December 2014 to February 2016, and Group Business Services Manager from November 2012 to December 2014.

Earlier in their career, Wendy worked at Learning Partnership West as the Executive Manager - Business Services & Business Development from November 2011 to November 2012. Wendy also served as the Head of Business Services at Learning Partnership West from November 2010 to November 2011 and as the Regional Direct Delivery Manager / Project Manager from October 2009 to November 2010.

Other roles Wendy has held include Business Manager - Talent Acquisition at Reed from March 2008 to 2009, Recruitment & Training Manager at Potensis Ltd from January 2006 to February 2008, Managing Consultant at Options Employment from January 2005 to December 2005, and a role in the Social Housing division at Eden Brown in 2003.

Wendy Nicholls earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from the University of East London from 1994 to 1999. Wendy also completed a PRINCE2 certification from APMG, Leadership and Management studies from BPP University, as well as a NVQ Level 4 in Advice and Guidance from OCR. In addition, they obtained a certificate in Protecting Vulnerable Adults from Educare.
