Helena Hietala

Helena Hietala has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Helena began their career in 1999 at Nokia Corporation, where they held various positions including Operator, Summer Trainee (AR), Trainee (External Invoicing), Accountant, Senior Accountant (AR), and Concept Specialist AR. In 2014, they moved to Laukamo Teollisuus Oy as a Financial Accountant, where they were responsible for posting daily transactions for AR, AP and GL in/between Opus Capita and Aditro Intime Plus-programmes, as well as posting purchase invoices to ERP (Digia Enterprise) and accounting. In 2015, they joined VMP Group / Microsoft Mobile Oy as a Financial Analyst. In 2017, they joined Evondos Group, where they held the roles of Group Business Controller, Financial Controller, and Financial Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for various finance and control tasks, accounts payables and receivables, sales invoicing, month end closing tasks, reporting, and monitoring daughter companies financial activities.

Helena Hietala completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Turku University of Applied Sciences in 2005, majoring in International Business. Helena also studied International Business at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2002.
