Laura Runola

Laura Runola is currently serving as the People and Culture Manager in the Nordics at Evondos Group. With a background in HR including roles as HR Specialist at VAK Oy and HR Business Partner at IKEA, Laura has a strong foundation in recruitment, HR processes, and employee experience. Laura holds an MBA in Leadership and Service Design from Novia University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a BBA in Human Resources Management from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences.
