Ninni-Maria Pääkkönen has been working in the customer service industry since 2014. Ninni-Maria started at Avaca Oy as a Customer Service Representative, then moved up to Service Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, and Head of Service Development and Legal Coordinator. In 2020, they began working at Evondos Group as the Nordic Customer Care Manager.
Ninni-Maria Pääkkönen is currently studying Law at the University of Turku. In June 2022, they will obtain a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.
