Development Project Manager at Evondos

Tiia Pajunen has a diverse work experience. Tiia began working as a Personal Trainer in 2019 at Tiia Pajunen. In 2015, they started working as a Customer Service Specialist and Waiter at Kultaranta Resort Oy. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Kuntokumppanit Oy as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Customer Service Specialist. In 2018, they began working at Mehiläinen as a Telephone Service Advisor. Since 2020, they have been working at Evondos Group as a Development Project Manager, where they focus on development of Customer Care systems, processes, and practices to ensure growth, scalability and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, they are responsible for development and management of e-learning platform in all Nordic countries. Tiia is also a Customer Support Specialist 2nd line, where their mission is to ensure that support services are available and efficient around the clock.

Tiia Pajunen has an extensive educational background. Tiia completed a Bachelor's Degree Programme in Physiotherapy from the Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018. Tiia then continued their studies at the same university to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Communications Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Tiia is also currently enrolled in the Finnish Institute of Health and Fitness to pursue a Personal Trainer/Physiotrainer degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness.
