Dr. Frank Lelke

Dr. Frank Lelke has an extensive work experience in various roles at Evonik Industries AG. Dr. Frank started in 2006 at Evonik - Creavis Technologies & Innovations as a Referent Controlling. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Evonik Degussa GmbH as a Referent Geschäftsführungsbüro. Dr. Frank then moved to Evonik, where they served as the Head of Global Working Time from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they became the Head of HR Sourcing at Evonik Industries AG and held this position until January 2020. Currently, Dr. Frank Lelke is the Head of Global Success Management - Attract & Recruit at Evonik Industries AG.

Dr. Frank Lelke completed their education with a Diploma in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Duisburg-Essen, during the period of 1996-2000. Dr. Frank further pursued higher education and earned a Doctorate in Economics (Dr.rer.pol.) from the same University from 2001-2005. Prior to their university studies, Dr. Lelke also undertook vocational training as a Bank Clerk (Bankkaufmann) at Stadtsparkasse Recklinghausen for the years 1991-1994.
