Lukas Groening

Lukas Groening currently serves as the Director and Head of Business and Technology Program Development at Evonik Operations GmbH, leading initiatives within the NextGen Technologies function since March 2020. Previously, Lukas held various roles at Evonik, including Head of Global Technology Deployment and Head of Technology & Application Development for Asia Pacific North. Prior to joining Evonik, Lukas worked as a Consultant at adesso SE and as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering of RWTH Aachen University. Early career experiences include positions as a Student Trainee at TAGAL and Working Student at thyssenkrupp Steel. Lukas Groening holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from RWTH Aachen University, with degrees in Production Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, respectively.
