Sebastien Masselot

Sebastien Masselot is an experienced professional in operational excellence with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence at Evonik's Health Care site in Lafayette, Indiana, Sebastien also holds the role of Principal Performance Manager, overseeing operational performance improvement across 30 global sites in the Nutrition & Care segment.
