Fincyka Fernando is a Senior Program Manager at EvonSys since November 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the overall delivery outcomes of the offshore delivery team, establishing project management processes, and mentoring junior project managers. Prior to this role, Fincyka held various positions at Netstarter, including Associate Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager, focusing on delivery outcomes and resource management. Earlier experience includes roles in project management and business analysis at CodeConnexion and Exilesoft, as well as working as a Development Merchandiser for MAS Holdings. Fincyka holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Colombo, and certifications including Chartered Management Accountant and PMP.
