Michael K Jackson

Michael K. Jackson currently serves as a Senior Program Manager for Learning Delivery and Leadership Development at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, a position held since August 2019. Prior roles include Nuclear Operations Unit Supervisor at NextEra Energy - St Lucie Nuclear Plant and Regional Command Master Chief for Commander, Navy Region Southeast, where significant responsibilities included the health and welfare of over 10,000 enlisted personnel across 18 installations. Michael's extensive military experience includes serving as Command Master Chief and Senior Enlisted Instructor at the Naval Leadership and Ethics Center, with a focus on leadership training for over 1,200 prospective command leaders annually. Michael has held numerous senior enlisted advisor positions throughout a 19+ year operational career in the U.S. Navy, specializing in nuclear propulsion, training, and personnel readiness management. Education was completed at Thomas Edison State University between 2005 and 2017.
