David Depoil

David Depoil is an accomplished immunologist with extensive experience in inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and ageing. Currently serving as Group Leader and Senior Principal Scientist at Evotec since July 2021, David leads a team of approximately 10 scientists while managing various projects. Prior to this role, David worked at Immunocore from October 2016 to July 2021 as a Principal Scientist, focusing on preclinical activities in translational medicine. David’s academic journey includes postdoctoral fellowships at NYU School of Medicine and Cancer Research UK, where research centered on T cell receptor signaling and B cell activation. David holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from Université Paul Sabatier, along with multiple degrees in cell biology and immunology from prestigious institutions in France.
