Henrik Renner

Henrik Renner is a Research Scientist at Evotec since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading interdisciplinary pre-clinical drug discovery projects in neurodegeneration, overseeing a team of 6 FTEs, and providing scientific support for hiPSC-based drug discovery. Previously, as a Research Associate at Evotec, Henrik served as project lead for both internal and external hiPSC-based drug discovery projects and managed a team of 3 FTEs. Prior experience includes a PhD candidacy at the Max-Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine, focusing on automated workflows for neural organoids. Educational qualifications include a Dr. rer. nat. in Biology from the University of Münster, alongside a Master of Science in Biomedicine from Karolinska Institutet and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Medicine from The University of Göttingen.
