Jai New is a Global Talent Scout and Global Talent Sourcer at Paracruiter, responsible for identifying potential candidates in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors through LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative sourcing methodologies. Additionally, Jai serves as a Global Talent Sourcer at Evotec. Previously, Jai held the position of Senior Surf Coach at Sennen Surf Academy, focusing on advanced surf instruction on the Cornish coast. Earlier experience includes working as delivery crew at Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte. Ltd., where responsibilities included deck operations and maintenance. Jai holds A levels in English Literature, English Language, World Development, and Fine Art & Photography from Truro and Penwith College.
