Jenny Fye U. is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Global Talent Sourcer at Dynata since July 2019, focusing on sourcing support for the Talent Acquisition team across AMER, APAC, and EMEA regions. With previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Career Evolutions, LLC and a Virtual Talent Acquisition Consultant at Thor, Jenny has developed a strong background in understanding client needs and managing the recruitment process from job description creation to onboarding. Earlier roles included working as an Outsourced Generalist Recruiter at Raso Solutions, LLC where diverse client requirements were met, and serving in the Executive Retention Department at Qualfon, where customer service support was provided. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Cebu and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology.
