Soumya Katamani

Soumya Katamani has extensive experience in the field of neuroscience and molecular biology, currently serving as a Senior Research Assistant at Evotec since May 2017, where responsibilities include assay development and designing high content imaging assays for compound screening. Previous roles include Research Assistant positions at Evotec and Grenoble Institut des Neurosciences, focusing on in vitro disease models and live cell imaging of neuronal behavior. Soumya's academic background includes a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from Umeå University and a Bachelor's degree in Genetic Engineering from SRM University, alongside a PhD graduate student experience at Institut Curie, where research centered on nanobodies targeting the Huntingtin protein.
