Helen Maunder

Associate Director Of Cell Line Development at Evox Therapeutics

Helen Maunder has significant experience in the biotechnology industry. Helen is currently working as the Associate Director of Cell Line Development at Evox Therapeutics Ltd since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Oxford Biomedica from July 2013 to August 2022, holding various roles including Group Lead, Principal Scientist in Cell Line Development, and Senior Scientist in Cell Engineering. Before joining Oxford Biomedica, Helen worked at Lonza as a Senior Scientist from August 2011 to July 2013, where they focused on molecular biology and vector development. Helen also gained experience as a Research Scientist at ProImmune, Inc. from June 2010 to August 2011, contributing to the development of new cell-based assays. Helen's early experience includes a placement at Cambridge Antibody Technology in 2004.

Helen Maunder studied at the University of Warwick from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Microbiology and Virology with an Intercalated Year. Helen later continued their education at the same university from 2006 to 2010, completing a PhD in Microbiology, Virology, Immunology, and Biological Sciences.
