Jen Kellond

Jennifer Kellond has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jennifer began their career at Gap Inc. in 1994, where they served as a General Manager responsible for recruiting and developing teams, driving sales volume, and promoting leaders. In 2013, they joined Athleta as a Sales Associate and Marketing and Event Planner, engaging with customers, promoting the brand, and organizing community events. In the same year, they also joined Vail Resorts, where they held various roles, including Recruiting Team Screener, Recruiting Team Lead, HR Generalist, and Sr Human Resources Manager. Their responsibilities in these positions included reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, managing the recruitment process, providing HR support, and supervising a team. Jennifer's most recent role is at EVP Eyecare, where they currently serve as the Sr Director of People & Culture.

Jennifer Kellond earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from Colorado State University in 1995. Jennifer also obtained a DecisionWise 360 Coaching Certification from DecisionWise in October 2023.
