Cass Sapir

Cass Sapir is an experienced professional in customer experience and support, currently serving as the Head of CX and Head of Support at EVPassport. Previously, Cass was the Owner of Suefel and held significant roles at Genesys, including Head of Support Strategy and Vice President of Customer Success. Cass also founded and advised Relive.xyz, a VR and AR-based time travel company, and served as Customer Success Director and Head of Growth at HapYak Interactive Video. Cass obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University, graduating in 2001.
