Andy Botha

Andy Botha is the current Non-Executive Director at EVR Holdings. Andy has also previously served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Purplebricks Group PLC from May 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Group CFO at Secret Escapes from September 2019 to April 2020. Their most recent role before that was at ZPG, where they served as the Group CFO from April 2016 to June 2019.

At ZPG, Andy was responsible for leading on several equity and debt rounds, including the firm’s first £200m public market bond raise in just eight weeks achieving market-leading pricing for the credit rating and, in May 2018, the sale of ZPG to Silver Lake for £2.5 billion.

Andy has extensive experience in finance and accounting, and has been a key leader in various companies during periods of significant growth. Andy is currently using their skills and knowledge to help EVR Holdings grow and succeed.
