Noa Kroin

Noa Kroin has a diverse work experience, spanning multiple roles and industries. Most recently, they served as the Director of Business Development at EVR Motors since August 2021. In this role, their responsibilities included establishing new business partnerships, maintaining existing relationships, and negotiating contracts.

Prior to their current position, Noa worked at Champion Motors starting in May 2016. Noa held the role of Head of Product & Operations for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, where they were responsible for designing and conducting financial modeling, participating in strategic pricing and concept negotiations, and setting short-term tactical measures. Noa also managed the pricing, characterization, and modeling of the entire Volkswagen CV models range in Israel, conducted market and competition analysis, and defined and implemented a product roadmap for the next generation of VW CV platform.

Before their role as Head of Product & Operations, Noa also served as the Marketing Communication Manager and Junior Product Manager at Champion Motors. In these positions, they supervised and directed marketing and advertising workflows, planned and implemented integrated marketing plans, and led Volkswagen's digital activities.

Prior to their work at Champion Motors, Noa worked as a Branch Manager at PA'AMONIM, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and managing over 120 volunteers and staff members, as well as following the organization's target-based plan.

Noa Kroin received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Sociology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2012. From 2014 to 2016, Noa pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General at Reichman University.
