Tamer Qaimari is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical simulation, structural design, and lightweighting within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Team Leader for Mechanical Simulation at EVR Motors since May 2022, Tamer focuses on innovative electric motor designs. Prior roles include managing structure design and R&D activities at Arkal Automotive for major OEMs like Daimler and BMW, as well as serving as Senior CAE Engineer at Daimler Truck AG where Tamer specialized in structural optimization and material characterization. Previous experience includes R&D work at Anvis AVT for Volkswagen Group projects and research at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. Tamer holds a Master of Science degree from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from multiple institutions, including the University of Warwick and METU University.
