Rich Guetzloff

Rich Guetzloff has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the information technology industry. Rich started their career at Cincinnati Bell as a Sr. Systems Analyst, where they led teams in developing a GUI front-end for the Macro Cell cellular billing system. Rich then joined Aerial Communications as the Director of Operations, responsible for staffing and implementing IT infrastructure for the startup venture. Rich later worked at United States Cellular as the Director of IT, leading the migration from outsourced to in-house IT staff and developing solutions to improve wireless account management. Rich also worked at Andersen Consulting as a Senior Manager, supporting wireless industry projects. Rich held the position of Senior Director at RR Donnelley, where they consolidated IT departments globally and implemented ITIL processes. Rich then joined Electrolux as a Senior Director, providing support for JD Edwards One World and the North American Call Center. Rich served as the SVP & CIO at Vertis Communications, establishing a PMO structure and prioritizing the application portfolio. Rich was the Senior Business Unit Executive at Xerox Information Services, managing outsourced relationships and service delivery for a financial services company. Currently, Rich works at EVRAZ North America as the CIO, responsible for developing solutions to improve decision-making and productivity and implemented an enterprise data warehouse for production planning optimization and measuring performance indicators. Overall, Rich Guetzloff has extensive experience in IT management and strategy, prioritization of initiatives, and implementing infrastructure and operational improvements in various industries.

Rich Guetzloff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Devry Institute of Technology between 1984 and 1988. Prior to that, they attended DePaul University from 1980 to 1984 to study Chemistry, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from DePaul. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Northwestern University. Additionally, there is no information regarding their education before attending DePaul University at Maine West.
