Simon Fuka

Simon Fuka is an experienced professional in the steel industry, currently serving as Superintendent of the Meltshop at EVRAZ North America since February 2014. With a focus on Lean management, Simon coaches employees and management to enhance efficiency by identifying and eliminating process wastes. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions at EVRAZ VITKOVICE STEEL, a.s., including LEAN Manager, where leadership and training in Lean tools were emphasized. Simon's educational background includes a Master's degree in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava and further studies at Skolkovo, Moscow School of Management.
