Christian Borges Rey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christian started their career as a Database Administrator at Lopez-Ortiz Dental Care in 2004 and then worked as a Graphic Designer at Imprenta Lucena in 2005. In 2006, they became a Computer Teacher at Colegio Luis Razetti.

In 2009, Christian transitioned to the IT field and worked as a Helpdesk for Justespain, where they provided smartphone configuration and basic repair services. Christian also handled home-line and business-line configuration for VIP customers.

From 2013 to 2015, Christian worked at Telefónica Global Solutions as an L2 WAN Support Engineer - External Consultant and later as a VPNs Provisioning and Orders Management specialist. Christian also served as an NMC VPN Technician Level 1, troubleshooting VPNs and managing ticketing systems.

In 2015, Christian joined Viacom as an IT Specialist, providing helpdesk support and coordinating server and networking installations. Later that same year, they began working at ACUNTIA as a Network Support Engineer for CEMEX, providing technical support, monitoring service events, and executing resolution procedures.

Christian continued their journey at ACUNTIA in 2018, taking on the role of Team Leader/Network Support Engineer for Telefonica in the CEMEX Global Telco Project. Christian led a team towards achieving goals, influenced positive outcomes, and supported independent thinking.

Christian's role evolved at ACUNTIA in 2021 when they became a Senior Network Consultant on CEMEX's P&IT - IT Operations Department. Christian designed and implemented functional network infrastructures and worked with Cisco and Juniper WAN technologies.

In 2022, Christian joined EVS Broadcast Equipment as a Customer Success Manager, where they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing relationships with clients.

Christian Borges Rey completed an Associate's degree in System from Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua, with a focus on Technology and Networking, during the years 2000 to 2003. In 2013, they pursued Media Training and obtained a CCENT certification in Networking. Christian also received ITIL Foundation v3 training from CBCenter Training, specializing in Process Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Foundation Workshop from Management 3.0 in September 2022, ITIL Foundation v3 from PeopleCert in December 2018, and CCNET from Cisco in September 2013.
