Didier Grognard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Didier began their career at Alcatel-Lucent in 1999, where they served in various roles such as Service Designer, Technical Expert, and Project Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for coordinating activities between integration and development teams, organizing interdepartmental meetings, and ensuring project completion within budget constraints. Didier also had the opportunity to work with telecom operators in different countries, designing and implementing IN software.

In 2014, Didier joined Proximus as a Project Manager, where they oversaw the deployment of the Mobile Data Core solution for 5G technologies. Didier also managed several other projects, including mobile core virtualization, WiFi evolution, and b-box evolution.

In 2019, Didier founded their own company, The Small Company srl, and served as its owner.

Most recently, in 2021, they joined EVS Broadcast Equipment as a Project Manager. Didier is currently leading the FWC project in Doha, involving both live production and post-production workflows. Additionally, they are managing projects with broadcasters in the UK, Singapore, and Australia.

Throughout their career, Didier has demonstrated strong project management skills, cross-cultural collaboration, and technical expertise in the telecom industry.

Didier Grognard attended the Institut Zenobe Gramme from 1995 to 1999, earning a Master's degree in Engineering. In 2011, they studied Mandarin Chinese language at the Beijing Language and Culture University for one year. In addition to their education, Didier also obtained the Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications from APMG-International in October 2013 and December 2014, respectively.
