Olivier Fettweis

Olivier Fettweis has had a diverse range of work experiences. Olivier started their career at Euresys in 2004 as a Support Engineer. In 2005, they moved to Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as a Software Developer. From 2007 onwards, they joined EVS Broadcast Equipment, where they held multiple roles including Media Support Engineer, Product Manager, and Product Owner. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Product Owner at EVS Broadcast Equipment.

Olivier Fettweis has a diverse educational background with a focus on management and engineering. In 2000, they began their higher education journey at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège, where they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science. Olivier successfully completed their degree in 2004.

Throughout their career, Olivier has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Product Owner from iLean academy. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. These certifications demonstrate their expertise in product management and agile practices.

In terms of leadership and team management, Olivier completed a program on "Leadership et gestion d'équipe pour directeurs" at Alias consult in 2014. This program equipped him with essential skills in leading and managing teams effectively.

Furthermore, Olivier has pursued professional development opportunities in change management and product management. In 2018, they attended Prosci and obtained the Change Manager, Change Management certification. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in a program at Frost and Sullivan in London focusing on product management.

In addition to their educational achievements, Olivier has acquired additional certifications outside of formal education. Olivier obtained the Management 3.0 certification from Management 3.0 in August 2021. In 2001, they obtained the Brevet d'animateur de mouvement de jeunesse ICC certification from Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, demonstrating their skills in youth movement leadership. Additionally, they obtained the Brevet Européen de Premiers Secours certification from Croix-Rouge de Belgique in the same year, highlighting their knowledge in first aid.
