Michael Carlson P.e.

Michael Carlson P.E. brings extensive experience in electrical engineering, currently serving as the Senior Director of Electrical Engineering and previously as Director of Power Studies and Power Studies Group Lead at EVS, Inc. since January 2019. Prior roles include Engineer III at Kadrmas Lee & Jackson, where responsibilities encompassed project management and design for the power/energy market, as well as Technical Manager at Ulteig Engineers, Inc., focusing on renewable energy and distribution projects. Michael's expertise includes substation design, economic analyses for infrastructure, and quality assurance for distribution designs. A North Dakota State University graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Michael has also mentored teams, ensured project schedule adherence, and engaged with clients throughout various projects.
