Haden Wallace

Haden Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they started their career as a System Administrator at F&P Georgia Mfg, Inc. There, they developed and maintained the annual IT budget, implemented projects to align with business needs, and improved processes to enhance efficiency.

In 2019, Haden transitioned to MAT Holdings, Inc. as an IT Business Analyst. Haden analyzed existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and created functional requirements documentation to recommend system and application enhancements.

In 2020, Haden joined Big Time Products as a WMS Specialist and later became a Senior System Administrator. In these roles, they analyzed warehouse processes, defined business requirements, and managed the implementation of system changes. Haden also maintained and improved server and network infrastructure, supported employees, and developed improvements to IT-related processes.

In 2023, Haden moved to EVS, LLC and served as a Senior Support and Cloud System Administrator. Haden provided support for system administration and cloud services.

Additionally, in 2023, Haden worked as the Owner and Lead Consultant at KeepAlive, LLC. Haden used their expertise to provide consulting services.

Most recently, Haden joined the WinShape Foundation as an Analyst in Business Operations and System Administration in 2023.

Haden Wallace pursued their education in business and information security. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Information Security and Assurance. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Georgia Highlands College, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration.

In addition to their degrees, Haden also obtained several certifications in the field. In January 2013, they acquired the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. In May 2013, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ certification. Lastly, in March 2017, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification, all from the institution of CompTIA.
