Mariane Gusan

Mariane Gusan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and research, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Evalueserve since March 2017, having also held roles as Talent Development Manager and Research Lead. In this position, Mariane oversees a team of eight, managing client deliverables and talent development while coordinating cross-location teams. Prior to this, Mariane worked at Evalueserve Chile from June 2008 to July 2016, progressing from Research Lead to Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst, providing strategic research and analytical support mainly in the oil & gas sector and various other industries. Mariane began a career in communications with roles in public relations and reporting, and holds a Master's Degree in Business Communication from Universidad Mayor and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Communications - Journalism from USP.
