Yvonne Hui Wen Lee is a dedicated health professional currently serving as a Health Coach at EVYD Technology since February 2022. Prior to this, Yvonne held the position of Nutrition Project Assistant at the Health Promotion Centre under the Ministry of Health from December 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the National Salt Reduction Strategy and creating fiscal policies for foods with minimal nutritional value. Yvonne also served as a Health Education Officer (i-Ready), coordinating Brunei’s National Dietary Guidelines and contributing to related content development. Earlier experience includes an internship at the same Health Promotion Centre, assisting dietitians and conducting literature reviews, as well as working as an Assistant Teacher at i-Brilliant IQ Tutorial School. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Leeds, completed in 2017.
