Rodrigo Carvalho

Rodrigo Carvalho is an experienced professional in battery science and education, currently serving as the Head of Battery Intelligence at Evyon since March 2022. In this role, Rodrigo leads efforts in battery science and data science, focusing on the development of innovative battery solutions and overseeing the Battery Intelligence Center laboratory. Prior to this, Rodrigo held positions as a Senior AI/ML Battery Scientist at Evyon and a PhD Candidate at Uppsala University, where research focused on organic-based electrode materials for Li-ion batteries. With a strong academic background including a PhD in Physics from Uppsala University and multiple degrees from Universidade Federal da Bahia, Rodrigo has also lectured in physics and contributed to educational projects throughout a diverse career in academia and industry.
