Malek Mohamed is an experienced Instruments Engineer at the System Control Centre of the Electricity and Water Authority in Bahrain, a position held since July 2017. Responsibilities include conducting preventive and corrective maintenance for various Integrated Control System substations to ensure the reliability and availability of remote control over the Electricity Transmission Grid in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Malek also has prior experience as a Process Engineer at Yokogawa Middle East & Africa B.S.C. and as a Trainee Instrumentation Engineer at Riffa Power Station. Additionally, experience as a Trainee Automation Engineer at Bangas was gained. Malek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the University of Bahrain, completed in 2016.
