Jasmine Sebastian has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jasmine is currently the Human Resources Lead at EWAC Alloys Limited. Previously, they worked at Nilkamal Limited as the Manager - HRBP from December 2017 to August 2020. Before that, they were the HR Manager at Reliance Brands Limited, where they were responsible for corporate talent acquisition for various brands. Jasmine also worked at Raymond Limited as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources, handling talent acquisition and employee orientation for textiles and recruitment activities for textile plants. Additionally, they served as the Assistant Manager - HR, overseeing training activities, employee engagement initiatives, and being a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008. Overall, Jasmine has gained valuable experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR management throughout their career.

Jasmine Sebastian obtained a Bachelor's degree from Convent of Jesus and Mary between 1990 and 2002. Jasmine later pursued a PG Diploma in Advertising and Marketing (Part-time) at YMCA from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they earned a PG Diploma in PMIR with a specialization in HR and IR at Xavier Institute of Social Service from 2006 to 2008.
