Paul Hanscom

Paul Hanscom has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paul began their career at the Bretton Woods Committee as a Project Specialist, where they engaged business leaders and provided analysis on policy issues. Paul then joined the International Trade Administration, working in the Customer Relationship Management Unit, providing trade assistance to businesses and streamlining data management systems.

Afterwards, Paul Hanscom became the Founder and CEO of STRATEGROWTH, a company focused on growth strategies. Paul later joined Footprint Project as an Advisory Board Member, providing strategic guidance and direction for the company's impact. Additionally, they served as Adjunct Faculty at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.

In their most recent role at Ewald Consulting, Paul held multiple positions, including Chief Growth Officer, Vice President of Growth Strategies, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Director of Business Development, and Account Executive. Paul also received certifications in Leading with Innovation and The Coaching Habit (getAbstract Summary) from LinkedIn in July 2022 and February 2022 respectively.
