Aubrey White has a diverse work experience in the education sector. They began their career as a teacher in The School District of Philadelphia from 2001 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Teacher and Mentor Teacher at Wissahickon Charter School. Aubrey then joined Springboard Collaborative, where they held various roles. They started as an Instructional Lead and eventually became the Chief Programming Officer, responsible for curriculum development and program refinement. They also served as the Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing the company's business plan and annual objectives. As the President of Springboard Collaborative, Aubrey successfully increased the number of students served and boosted overall revenue. Currently, Aubrey is the Chief Growth Officer at Modern Classrooms Project, where they focus on expanding partnerships with education agencies and leading marketing and finance operations.

Aubrey White earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Penn State University from 1999 to 2001. Aubrey also attended Yale University from 1997 to 1998 for Directed Studies. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Elementary Education and Teaching at Chestnut Hill College from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Aubrey has obtained certifications including an Instructional II Elementary Education Certificate and a Reading Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
