Yassine Banin

Yassine Banin is an experienced professional in project management, having held key leadership positions at EWEC from July 2022 to July 2023, including Acting Head of Applications and Head of IT/OT PMO & Projects, where strategic alignment and digital transformation initiatives were prioritized. Prior roles include Senior Service Project Manager at Hitachi Energy, and Senior Portfolio Project Manager at GE Digital, focusing on critical projects in the power sector across the UAE and Qatar. Yassine began a career at Alstom Grid as a Portfolio Manager overseeing high-profile projects for the National Control Center in Saudi Arabia, and started as a Project Engineer at Brochot Group. Yassine holds a Master’s degree in Project & Program Management & Business Development from SKEMA Business School.
