Jeffrey Smith

Jeffrey Smith, CISSP has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Jeffrey currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer at EWI Worldwide since June 2010. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Information Technology at the same company from June 2008 to 2010. Before joining EWI Worldwide, Jeffrey worked as the IT Director at Exhibit Works from 2001 to 2007. From 1994 to 2000, they held various positions at Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates, including IT Director and Network Manager. Jeffrey started their career as a Service Technician at Chelsea Telecommunications from 1992 to 1994.

Jeffrey Smith, CISSP, holds a Master of Science degree in Information Security Management from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree, with Honors, in Aviation Science and General Business at the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University from 1988 to 1992. Jeffrey's educational background also includes their high school education at Chelsea High School from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained the (ISC)2 Security CISSP certification from (ISC)² in September 2020.
