Tabatha Erck, Ed.D., MPA, is an accomplished leader in the health care and nonprofit sectors with extensive experience in executive roles. Currently serving as a National Board Member and Chair of the Fundraising Committee for EWL | Empowering Women as Leaders, Tabatha focuses on supporting women through scholarships, mentoring, and networking. Previous positions include President and CEO of Zipari, where Tabatha led strategic initiatives in the health insurance industry, and Chief Operating Officer at CareHive Health, a telehealth startup. Tabatha also held leadership roles at Amplifon, Superior HealthPlan, Fulcrum Health, and HealthPartners, driving growth and operational excellence. Tabatha’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Leadership, a Master's in Lean Enterprise, and an MPA in Healthcare Administration.
