Agnieszka Wysocka

Agnieszka Wysocka is an experienced professional in account management and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Account Management and Sourcing Manager at Ework Group since May 2015. Agnieszka manages the Sourcing Partners team across multiple cities, focusing on team leadership, recruitment excellence, and fostering relationships with candidates and suppliers. Prior experience includes roles as Account Manager at ZeroChaos, where Agnieszka established long-term customer relationships and led recruitment processes for IT roles, as well as positions at Kelly Services and CYCLAD, where recruitment consulting expertise was developed. Agnieszka holds a degree from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2012, and has also gained earlier experience in HR and sales during internships.
