Greyson Zhong

Greyson Zhong is a Data Analyst at the Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) (EWOV) since March 2024, where responsibilities include supporting complaint handling model changes and managing data for financial year reporting. Prior experience as a Reporting Analyst at Roy Morgan involved developing dashboards and executing ETL operations on data, enhancing analytical capabilities. As a Data Science Intern at the University of Melbourne, Greyson developed an interactive dashboard and transformed unstructured data into a structured format. A brief internship at FTI Consulting focused on designing algorithms to optimize energy market strategies and forecasting electricity prices. Greyson holds a Master of Data Science and a Bachelor of Science in Data Science from the University of Melbourne, and a High School Diploma from Highroad Academy in Canada.
