Julia Polustrueva de Berardo has significant work experience in various roles and companies. Julia started their career at Santa Barbara City College as a DSPS Program Assistant in 1998. From there, they joined Executive English in 2000 as a Business English professional until 2003. In 2005, Julia began working at EWS - Global Talent Sourcing as an HR Manager and later progressed to Operations Manager. Julia then became the Director of Operations in 2018 and currently holds the position of Director, People and Operations since June 2021.

Julia Polustrueva de Berardo has a diverse education history. Julia completed their BA in Humanities with honors, focusing on Political Science, at Lincoln University, Buenos Aires in 2005. Prior to that, they earned an AA in Business Admin and Economics, also with honors, from Santa Barbara City College between 1997 and 2000. Julia then pursued a Master's Program in Public Policy at Georgetown University in 2004 and 2005. Julia furthered their studies in Political Science at Universidad Nacional de San Martín, where they completed a Liberal Studies program from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Julia has obtained certifications in areas such as Asesoramiento de Imagen, Appreciative Inquiry for HR Management, and Gestion de Acciones en RRHH/Human Resources Management.
