Scott F. Brown

Vice President of Mission Advancement at EWTN

Scott is the Vice President of Mission Advancement at ETWN. He leads the department responsible for EWTN’s fundraising. His department implements direct mail campaigns, on-air appeals, digital fundraising, and major gift cultivation programs to ensure that the Network has the resources needed to fulfill the vital mission started by Mother Angelica and continued today by more than 400 employees worldwide. For more than 30 years, Scott has led organizations in several industries that include the nonprofit, education and technology sectors. Scott is also a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Prior to joining EWTN, Scott led Catholic non-profit education organizations for the Legionaries of Christ, implementing and executing successful fundraising strategies and campaigns, developing governance models that resulted in engaged boards of directors, and mentoring and educating leaders and board members in the art of fundraising.

Scott grew up in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa and has lived in Italy, Florida, Maryland and Georgia. He attended Westmar College in LeMars, Iowa. Scott and his wife Juli have four children, (Kate, Zachary, Abigail and Rachael) and three grandchildren (Hannah, Jackson and Garrett). They currently reside in Cumming, GA and are parishioners at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Johns Creek, GA. Scott is also a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
