Rahel Struchen

Rahel Struchen is an HR professional with a robust background in human resources spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at ewz since June 2019, Rahel collaborates with management, provides HR services, supports change initiatives, and engages in HR project development. Previously, Rahel held the position of Team Leader for Recruitment and HR Projects at DOSENBACH-OCHSNER AG from October 2012 to May 2019, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and the launch of new employee acquisition projects. Earlier experience includes roles as a Recruiter and HR Consultant, with a focus on recruitment processes and client consultations. Rahel holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management and a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
