Jason-Paul Channels

Jason-Paul Channels holds a Master's degree in Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Butler University. Currently serving as Principal Trainer at Ex-Guard Industries since June 2021, Jason-Paul is responsible for developing the Employee Onboarding and Training Program, the Safety Program, and the Standard Operating Procedure process, with a focus on policy creation and long-term sustainability. Additionally, Jason-Paul serves as Transitional Pastor at Waukee Christian Church, guiding the congregation through the process of searching for a new pastor. Previous roles include Pastoral positions at Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and Wells Fargo, as well as quality assurance and spiritual life positions within various organizations. Jason-Paul has a strong background in ministry, program development, and quality control, with notable accomplishments in restructuring church programming and creating mission trip initiatives.
