Yaara Zinger

Yaara Zinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and sales enablement. Currently serving as the Customer Care Lead Manager for Knowledge Management Programs at Ex Libris since December 2024, Zinger previously held the position of Sr. Global Sales Enablement at Checkmarx from 2019 to July 2024, where responsibilities included developing methodologies and onboarding programs for customer-facing roles. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Training Manager at NICE Systems from 2012 to 2019, overseeing global training initiatives, and as an Instructional Designing Project Manager at ExperTeam Ltd. Zinger began the career as an Instructional Designer at Tower Semiconductor LTD in 2004. Zinger holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics & Management from The Open University and Ramat Gan College, with additional focus on HR management and Psychology.
